Chick-fil-A

I had a very enjoyable lunch recently. The food was fresh and the staff as usual was very polite. There was a Spanish employee that was wiping off tables and saying" hello" to all of the guests of the restaurant.. his smile was contagious and he went out of his way to make sure he kept the dining room clean and make everyone smile. It was refreshing to see and I will definitely be letting others know about my dining experience.

The peach milkshake is awesome. I need to get a spoon with it next time because some of the pieces wouldn't come up the straw. But I still love it

The best chick fil a. Everyone is so nice and I’ve personally talked to ,Derek Emerson the owner. I’ve seen him cleaning tables, talking to customers and running food to tables. ???????? When we got a messed up order they were more than happy to remake our food and apologized. The after 4p crew isn’t as friendly and upbeat as the early afternoon crew and the store isn’t as well kept after 4-5pm but the food is still good. Keep up the good work.

Phenomenal restaurant! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they keep the restaurant very clean. The drive through is very busy but somehow they manage and keep it very quick! The only issue is that it's too popular and the restaurant is very packed on the inside. Despite this, I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my food. To top it off, they have mouthwash in the bathroom!

A best choice anytime! The location in Niles just covered the drive thru window and updated the order screens, there's also heaters and fans outside!! Outside at the window and board
