Arby's

The restaurant was very clean, and my sandwich was very good and hot!!

Arby's has always been a long-standing favorite of mine however I feel that many of their prices have excluded them from being competitive within the fast-food genre. But if you catch them during their happy hour there are many items available at an affordable price. The staff here is very friendly and the restaurant is well maintained.

Good food, manager is awful though. I overheard her talking about me through the drive thru window to other employees. Rude as can be.

Great service, that one drive thru guy Donald was very nice and helped me with a mistaken order without hesitation. I asked why he was so helpful and he said it was part of BLAST, when prompted to explain what it stood for, he first went to the wall and read it to me. And you betya he did Believe me, listen to me, apologize for the mistake, solve the problem, and thank me for bring it to his attention. And he did all that without me staying at the window for more than 60 seconds, that's some great service. Some raise worthy stuff right there. Also when I asked him who taught him to be such a great employee, he said that the manager Moet helped sculpt him into the model employee he is today.
