Waffle House

Haven't been in a Waffle House in years. I stopped going because of the cleanliness of most of the ones I was in and that was a lot in many states but this one is the cleanest I've ever been in and the friendliest people and they all just work like little worker bees. I know it's just breakfast food but that's my favorite and boy was it good!

Great food. Great prices. Great services. Little gem....

No frill just damn good.. had the steak bowl added eggs smothered and covered of course... they hustle and are still attentive

So I decided to stop in for a quick bite before I had to go pick up the used Ferris wheel I bought off of EBay. I was cheerfully greeted by Kaila- and the others with a big good morning. I sat at the lower bar seating, and Kaila happened to be my waitress. She took my order and before I knew it I was enjoying a delightful breakfast. I will have to say the quick witted banter and jovial spirit of my waitress was quite unexpected. I was running late to pick up the Ferris wheel. So I asked for a tea to go and they all said have a nice day - all around a very nice place will try to visit in the again in the future.

Waffle House consistently serves hot, delicious, hearty food. They always have fast and friendly service. It's the only place north of the Mason-Dixon line (that I know of) where you can get grits, too. I'm a Yankee through and through, but I love grits. They just make me feel good. And you can get a hot biscuit, two eggs (always perfectly cooked), and a side of grits for around four bucks. You can't beat that. Now, if you're in Kentucky, they'll serve you a bowl of grits. In Ohio, it's a smaller portion on a plate, but it's still delicious.
