Shy Cellars

We visited for lunch on our anniversary as we were spending a few days in Ohio’s Amish Country, and were treated as royalty. As a vegetarian, I have eaten my fair share of veggie burgers, and none could ever compete with the perfect sandwich I had at SHY. Each bite of food is crafted, cooked, and seasoned to perfection. Chef Tara sent us home with two delicious truffles as a gift that we enjoyed later. Beautiful experience.

Great food. Great service. Dining area is a little small but the atmosphere is fantastic. Server was great and very cheerful. Orders were taken quickly and served almost as fast.

I love this restaurant. They are very accommodating to my dietary needs - gluten and dairy free. Everything is fresh!

My mom and I went to Shy for the first time last week. All I can say is WOW! What a fabulous place! Everything about it is impeccable...the food, the service, the ambiance.They also have an extensive wine list. I did a flight of dry reds which was quite impressive. Our meals were some of the best we've had in a long time. Our server, Val, was amazing! I inadvertently left my debit card there, and an hour later she called and offered to bring it to me when she got off work. Need I say more?
