Red Lobster

This Red Lobster is very unique, they should use this restaurant as a training model for other Red Lobsters especially the ones in Northern Ohio. Customer service was excellent from the time we walk into the door until we left
The server was fantastic and our food was serve to us in a timely manner after we ordered. The food was also superb at an excellent temperature and portion size was better then what we expected.

Our waiter "Brian" was excellent! Food was good, we'll presented, & delicious.

Kind of weird youd sit a family of four in the bar area? The drunks were annoying. Definitely will have to be more picky where were sitting next time. But the food was great!

Ordered steak and lobster. Steak was awful. Lobster was great. Service was good as well. However, when you pay that much for steak, it should not come out looking greyish in color. I guess it's hard to beat the Roadhouse. I brought the steak home and decided not to give it to the dog. Afraid it might get the dog sick. If the steak had been good, I would have given a better rating.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years. Friendly service. All employees we came across were smiling and friendly. Steak was cooked on point, didn't care for my sides. Rolls, always good. I didn't see an option to order only popcorn shrimp--I would have had to order a pick 2... Or 3! Why?? I should have asked the waitress because that's what I really wanted, she may have accommodated me. Way too much food for me.
It's pretty "average" place, as it is a chain but this location, it earns a solid 4 stars.
Would come again.
Random... I remember them using linen napkins but now they are paper. The price seems worthy of linen.
