    Long line for drive thru. Placed order told the young lady I had a coupon had to repeat my order twice. Was not discounted for my coupon did not have the drink order correct. The young man was very nice to correct the order. Wait time was over 20 minutes

    Customer service and accuracy are still not exactly a priority. Food is ok. "Fast" food.

    Probably the most efficient staff I've run into in a while. They were slammed and still kept there professional attitude and the food and service was great! Kudos to them!

    An older lady was running the pick up window and it was packed, you could see in her eyes she was tired, but built of the strong cloth she was, she continues to dispatch service with a heartfelt genuine smile, some very kind words besides the total and stuff she has to say. She is what I was raised as to believe is how to give proper customer service. It's the Wendy's by the old Big Lots building. I definitely left having a better day. Thank you for your time.
