The Red Shed Legendary BBQ

Brisket was excellent. Ribs were fall of the bone tender.. And was very well priced 34.99 for a whole platter of food more than enough for 2 people. the chicken was a little dry but otherwise excellent

The first visit back in December was good, it was shortly after they had opened I do believe. Just visited again last week. The quality had dropped a little, the proportion of meat was small in comparison to back in December and to other BBQ restaurants. The sides are fairly good and decent proportions. Also felt meat portion was a lot more greasy, there was oil flowing in bottom of container, I don't find this at other BBQs.

Great restaurant for spending time with the family. Its never too busy to get a table. The BBQ is quality. Happy to visit a place where the drunks don't congregate and socialize. Wish they had more consistent business. We drive by at lunch hour and it is often an empty lot.

Nice looking restaurant. Very clean. You place an order at the front counter and you get a number and seat yourself. Got the three meat platter with baked beans, potato salad, and collard greens. Brisket is nice and tender very slight smoke if any taste to it. Sausage had real coarse peppery taste, nice casing to it. Pulled pork was nice and moist but again lacking any smoke flavor to it. There were two different sauces, spicy and sweet. Spicy had a little heat behind it which made it the better for me. Potato salad was a mustard based, very tasty. Collard greens we're excellent, nice smooth taste with chunks of pork in them. Baked beans had plenty of pork in them, nice and thick sauce with the a good Smokey taste to them. The dinner came with a corn muffin which was great. Nice coarse texture. Real good corn taste. I'm sure I'll be back
