Chipotle Mexican Grill

We come here pretty often and there’s definitely a distinction in quality of service when certain people are working. This evening we were highly disappointed in the quality of our food. Our food was somehow so wet that we walked out of chipotle to our vehicle and it fell through the bag. Luckily, our food didn’t touch the ground (only the containers/wrapping). I got a taco salad and there was hardly any lettuce. The corn salsa was tasteless and there was hardly any on. It was clear they only cared about getting people through the line and not quality of their food. If it is a Friday night dinner rush, be more prepared. Only 2 people were making food and for some reason 3 people at cash register. Rest of people were standing around?? We have had such good previous experiences, but this particular experience was very poor.

Long lines but moved pretty fast. There is 1 employee that I refuse to have make my bowl as she never listens and it always ends up having to be remade. The guacamole is amazing! Corn salsa is the best..I always get extra of both. If the employees would just listen better when you tell them what you want it would have been a 5 star rating

Pretty good. Seemed like staff was short and over worked, but they did an excellent job. Made the food very quickly and exact to order. They were very friendly even though they all seemed stressed/tired.
