Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders

Marysville has needed a better chicken option than KFC for years and Huey Magoo's delivered. They're much better than Raising Cane's in my opinion. No more special trips to Dublin when we want chicken fingers.

Extremely happy to see a good chicken place in marysville. Everything was delicious. Bread isn't as good as canes but the chicken an fries are really tasty. I'd say slightly better then canes! If they keep up the quality me and my boyfriend will be going here quite often!

Great food and service

We went on grand opening day and the service was great! They were obviously training and figuring things out still but the level of service that was being taught is great! It's a very clean inside with amazing food!

I had the 5 piece chicken tenders, it came with crinkle cut fries (spiced), Magoo sauce, coleslaw, and toast. I was very full - I didn't even need the banana pudding that I ordered. I'll probably opt for the fresh baked cookies I saw in the oven next time though, nothing against the banana pudding, just the cookies looked great. The chicken was fried to perfection, a nice juicy inside with a crisp outside. Some of the best tenders I've ever had. The grilled chicken looked and sounded like it was freshly made and great, I didn't have it though. The salads and sandwiches are definitely things I'm excited to try, but I might have trouble getting to them just because of how much I loved the Magoo sauce.

I'm not usually a fan of iced tea with stuff in it, but I tried the watermelon iced tea, and I think that's my go-to drink from here on out. It was fantastic.

The menu - at least the tenders side of it - is very similar to Raising Cane's, including the Magoo Sauce. But I think side-by-side Huey Magoo's wins on everything except for maybe the Texas toast. The fries, sauce, chicken, and slaw were way better!

There is no drive-thru, only a drive-thru window that you can pick-up mobile orders from. They freshly make everything, they told us they can't serve chicken that's been sitting for more than 8 minutes, so if they did a drive-thru they'd likely run out of space in the parking lot. But they're really well optimized inside for taking multiple orders and to keep up with the mobile orders. I was impressed.
