My first time there today, this place is a hidden gem and apparently under new ownership. I will definitely be back next season when it gets warm outside again. The food was great at the bar and the house alcoholic ciders were great. They have a shop with fresh apples and other goods and walking trails around the property where you can stroll around. The covered bridge and waterfall were very cool.
Fantastic place, warm family atmosphere, great food. Very rustic decor, lots of fall harvest edibles and merchandise. Nice, huge roomy areas for the deli, restaurant and bar sections. The service personnel are exceptionally warm and polite. Music entertainment on selected Friday evenings. Highly recommended
The festivities seem to start at 11, but the place opens earlier. My son enjoyed the play area and since he was under two there was no cost for him. We also enjoyed picking out pumpkins from their patch and seeing the goats and sheep. They also had great live music. Their bathrooms are very clean so that is a plus. My husband enjoyed their apple dumpling and I enjoyed a warm apple cider. They also had delicious apples for with information about which type was best for different types of cooking or baking. They even had a couple vegan gluten free options in their gift shop but not in any of the fresh baked goods as far as I could tell.
Loads of lovely work has taken place in this old farm house. New owners with a beautiful vision and positive growth for the area.
Give them a new try as you will be surprised how much nicer and welcoming is now.
The food was good and can be made gluten and dairy free choice.
I really enjoyed my time here! I've only been once, but plan on returning. It's been renovated and it absolutely gorgeous inside. They host lots of little events for kids and adults. Berry picking is so fun and it's never crowded. My son loved their kids event here where he got to feed goats, go on a train ride, and play on their playset. The bakery inside has delicious breakfast and pastries. U had a cinnamon roll made from pie crust, which was clever and so yummy. They have lots of options as well as coffee. They do have lunches as well. It's very clean and well kept. Every employee I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. Some local vegetables are also sold here.
