Noodle & Hot Pot 巴蜀滋味

This is a very authentic restaurant, went there with my boyfriend. We ordered meter long beef, beef and lamb mix, sweet sausage, cheese fish cake, mushroom mix and a lot more for only two of us. We surprisingly finished everything. We both loved the experience there. And as a Chinese, I strongly suggest people who are homesick because of the food to come here and give it a try, it’s worth it. For the price tho, it was a bit expensive, we spent about 110 without tip. That’s only because it’s the first time we’ve been there and we wanted to give a try of a lot of things. Hot pot is much better when you have more people to share. It might be weird for some people that you need to cook your own food. But it really is a nice way to communicate with friends during it. It will also lower the price to probably around 30 for each when you have four people. Service is great, people there were welcoming and it almost feel like when I’m back in China. They were very busy on Saturday night but they still made effort to ask about our experience. Will definitely go back more often.

I've been here twice, soon to be a third time. The ingredients are always super fresh, service is good. Both times I've come with people new to the experience, and the staff were patient and helpful in explaining what to do, how to order, what came in the combos, etc. It can be a little pricey, but well worth it- I'd definitely recommend going in with an idea of what kind of budget you're working with and what kind of ingredients you want. Portions are pretty big, so you can totally bring a larger party and leave satisfied. The menu of selections is pretty broad and can be a little overwhelming. Probably try a handful of ingredients at a time instead of just ordering everything that looks good- there will be an excess.

This was my first time eating traditional hot pot. I was not sure if we did it right, but was filling and good. The host left us a little confused when he was explaining how to order. It made me feel I was not ordering the right or good options, in the end I think we ordered too much. Overall it was a good experience.

This was my first hot pot experience, and it definitely won't be my last. I went here with my boyfriend and two of our friends and it was so much fun and delicious. The wild mushroom broth and the spicy pot were perfectly seasoned, and went well with everything we put in it. I for sure recommend getting the meter long lamb, it was plenty for 4 people. Overall we spend about $85, so $20 per person was well worth the experience.

This was so much fun!!! My girl friend and I had slot of trying things we thought would be crazy to eat and it was so good! Iv been to China 2 times and it feels like I was back when I was enjoying dinner. I def. recommend if your up for some fun new flavors.
