Wendy's

Wendy's is a pretty good restaurant it just all depends no more time of year or the time of day that you go in there and it also depends on the restaurant some restaurants are quick and the food hot and the ice cream is cold like it's supposed to be and even the I have the pop machines are working good but then you go and other ones in the floors greasy the 400 counters are nasty and the food cold the ice cream to melt it and they all pop machines very seldom work the doors are falling off their hinges which I have seen some places in Cincinnati Wendy's is pretty good restaurant I just got to pick and choose your restaurant that you go in they've got good food for the ones I do do good hey bro. Good fries I've got good drinks the real good service no that goes without saying like I said the other restaurants they have a service that really stinks because you can go in there and order your food and it's a half hour to an hour before you get your food and most some people are standing around talking not even helping the customers so far as I said pick and choose your Wendy's I gave him a three stars for that reason good luck y'all this is just a of hanging up one man

Stopped in and got the $5.00 biggie meal. Food was freshly made and hit the spot. Wendy's chicken nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce is very tasty
Service was fast and the employees are very nice.

First thing I noticed while standing in line is the cashier getting a drink for the customer in front of us. She grabbed the cup and reached in and scooped the ice into the cup. Knowing she touches money all day and then puts her hand into the clean ice, well, that’s pretty disgusting and I believe against the health code! This is why we get no ice in our drinks!

I am surprised they don’t have a drink machine like the other Wendy’s (would solve the problem above!). I like caffeine free Diet Coke and couldn’t get one here.

The men’s bathroom smelled of urine and appeared dirty.

The dining room was nice and clean and appeared updated and contemporary.

The service, for 11:25 AM, was speedy and the food was hot and quick so that bumped it up a couple of stars.

Nice, serving time seems faster than thr past, i think some improvement was made. The food is at or above average. Some food seems thrown together. When i pay $7 and $8 for a burger, i expect it hot and with condiments on the sandwich, not in 1/3 or 1/4 running off. It's not "fast food" any longer so i at least expect it to be right.
