    Our food was hot and fresh, order was correct and the entire store was spotless...
    Thank you all, we have been faithful customers to Wendy's for yrs. Hands down the Franklin Wendy's store has consistently set the standard for above & beyond customer service, and to the owner & training staff of this store thank you for your loyal service, Great hot food, extremely clean store and highly valued friendly staff...

    Service was standard for lunch hour. Not really slow but not surprisingly quick. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not eat in, but the dinning area seemed clean and organized as was the condiment area. Would definitely stop again when in the area
