    Placed order online for 7:30 pm pickup, arrived to a restaurant in chaos. Drive-thru had 20 cars stacked, didn’t move for 30 minutes. Crowd of people at front door. Finally parked and asked around, people had been there an hour or more waiting for online orders. Thank goodness for Twitter, pinged @Chipotletweets they asked for order # and refunded money. New location so hopefully they will work this out!
