    Food was good but the service was not. There was one waitress out of about 6 that actually somewhat paid attention to the customers.

    I have lived by this location for 4 years and have always had problems with it. From the staff to the food, something was always off. We would drive to Maineville or Monroe rather than go to the store within a mile of our house. We give them a try periodically and always seem to be disappointed. HOWEVER, this trip was different. I don't know if they are under new management or just have a new manager. The food has been getting better and we were very pleased with it this time and the last. The service is getting better too. I gave them 4 stars because we had one issue, but they fixed it. We are hopeful that they are turning a corner.

    The best coneys out there! The cook always makes them fresh,and the service is top notch! I work around the corner and have 30 minutes for lunch. Always super fast and super fresh ! Thank you!

    The four-way was great! But I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese and they sent out ham with everything on it the first try 2nd try with just ham and cheese didn't have time to send it back yet again. Order cheese fries and they were cold. Not a great experience
