Catch-a-Fire Pizza - Lebanon

Pizza was great. We went the opening week and then have ordered for pickup a few times.
In person-food was great! We ordered 2 pizzas (Natural Mystic & Mr. Brown shown in photo). It was a good amount for 2 adults. We took the menu advice and added prosciutto to the “Mr. Brown and that was a good choice! Atmosphere is pretty cool. (See photos) Despite open tables it took us 1 hour to be seated and an additional hour to get our pizzas. I am going to chalk that up to them still trying to figure out the service side of everything. It was pretty loud inside but the outside is really cool. Think of Panera fireplaces outside vibe.
Pickup- was relatively quick, about 30 minutes for 2-3 10 inch pizzas.

Just went here for the first time. Great ambiance and a unique menu. Pizza crust was thin and crispy, especially at the edges. The pizza sauce was ultra sweet - a little too sweet for me and light on cheese. I ordered a minimalistic pizza so that's on me.

Started off as a less than positive experience because I tried calling to place an order (no online option) many times and no answer. I drove to the restaurant and spoke to Nate, the manager and he took my order and made sure it was completed quickly. Excellent pizza- will be back!

We went there at 6pm on a Sat night- the wait was reasonable and the staff incredibly nice. The service was a bit slow but totally expected for a brand new restaurant. The staff more than made up for it. The pizza is incredible- We are a typical pepperoni and cheese family but we tried 3 of their signature pizzas and they were absolutely amazing. The Crazy Potatoheads was our family favorite- the ingredients were extremely fresh and the ranch and marinara was absolutely delicious. A welcome new addition to Lebanon!

This restaurant just opened 4 days ago and we have already been twice! I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews- this place is an amazing addition to Lebanon! Such cool vibes—amazing appetizers, drinks, food, and atmosphere. The service has been great considering it is brand new. We plan to be regulars! So excited the owners chose to open in Lebanon!

*Shout out to Cyrus! First time sitting at the bar. He was awesome.
