It's Panera so the food is pretty consistent with other locations but have experienced a few mistakes in terms of special orders. I like that that have the touchscreen computers for ordering, it makes sure that I can customize my sandwich the way I want to. However today I tried to get a sandwich where the biggest difference was an asiago bagel versus a multigrain bagel. I get the order to go and by the time I get to work, I notice that the bagel choice was incorrect. Panera did email me my receipt and the change was recorded on it, just ignored by the staff.

I wouldn't avoid this restaurant by any means I am sure they'll get it right next time.

The food is great. The customer service is wonderful. This is the greatest Panera in the area. Everyone is always smiling and happy. They always have everything I want and are never out of anything! Love this place. Great service. Hannah Fox is wrong about the 2 star rating.
