Waffle House

Very rarely do I ever post a review on a restaurant but I feel like polite people go unnoticed. Marcus was our server tonight on my sons 8th birthday he chose waffle house. We were pleased with Marcus's politeness and overall demenor. There were a few things he forgot but hes human his kind apologetic words was more than enough for me to rate this a great experience. He did not talk at my children but to them and interacted with my family and that made all the difference. And the taste of the food is always great when Darell is on shift and he provides a great customer experience and lets his personality shine through. My family will defintley come back because of these gentlemen and thier great customer service and of course for the hasbrowns :)

Had a to go order. Service was great, everyone was cordial, and the food arrived quickly!

It was very vivid and alive with sll of the customers, not to mention the workers get along and joke with eachother in their down time; the jukebox always seems to have something playing, as well! The bacon could stand to get off the grill a bit sooner, however.

Great breakfast. Quick service. Good price.

We were served at lightning speed, treated with respect and professionalism, our drinks always filled. This Waffle House was very clean as well. On an early Saturday morning near 9am, there was not much of a crowd, but I am convinced that even if there were people waiting to be seated or waited on, the staff could have handled it with ease. Not normally a big fan of Waffle House, but the simplicity of the menu and the delivery of the product, coupled with great customer service, will draw me back when I'm in the area.
