Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Mason

I spent Christmas with my son, daughter, grand babies, daughter-n-law and my sister. We’ve never been. I’m coming back in May to have my daughters birthday. The staff was wonderful, the activities for the kids were awesome, very clean. I would definitely recommend. Sorry, I have nothing bad to say because there wasn’t a bad experience. 👍🏾👍🏾

Everything was absolutely spectacular. Coming during Christmas was a purely magical experience. The lobby was very warm, inviting, and festive. The whole family will enjoy that. The front desk was very efficient, friendly, and made for a great first impression. My family and I've lived in the Mason area for going on 6 years and it was our first trip here. We wanted to experience the indoor water park. It was very clean, vibrant, warm (especially during December), the water slides were a ton of FUN. The water coaster and raft were our personal favorite slides. Looking forward to another adventure in there in 2022.

This place is amazing! I gave four stars only because the food prices are a bit much. $15 for a cheeseburger, fries, and drink is pretty steep when parents are trying to feed several children. I would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks for the kids while they are playing on the water park. Otherwise I have zero complaints. We just got a standard room for four of us and it was plenty big enough. Very clean room. Very clean all over. There were constantly people sweeping and picking up all over the water park. We will definitely be back!

Great fun for the kids. Great food. Great personnel! Safety first in all water areas; lifeguards took their duties very seriously. A little girl was going a little to anxiously to the wave pool and fell. I went to her, as her mother/guardian was in another area. As soon as one of the lifeguards realized she was down, he immediately sent a special signal with his whistle and two "first aid" guards were there within a few seconds, very attentive to the child. Thank goodness she just scraped her leg and ankle. Very impressive. I had questions several times about meals, check out, etc. Communication was excellent through "Willow" and the lodge app. Check in very fast, efficient. Simple checkout. Did not have to go to front desk at all. The "wristband" technology was great! With the large number of guests there, EVERYTHING ran so smoothly. Excellent job, Great Wolf!

Amazing customer service, always willing to help and save money! Hotel is always clean. Willow the text agent is super helpful! Get the app, it is very useful too. I have never seen an unhappy or rude employee either! Always a great experience!
