(November 3, 2019, 8:43 pm)Again the layout of the place is ridiculous. Such a nice large parking area. But it's laidout really weird. Not really positive which way is in or out. The inside area is the newer design. Looks like it might have been one of the first ones done that way. And it's a Pilot. Not a flying J. The entrance is narrow and connected to a 2 lane side road. The location is s god location

(October 9, 2019, 11:37 am)The place is very nice and clean. They have almost everything you might need when on the road. The staff were not the best. The uniforms could be better and cleaner, as well as the personal hygiene could be improved. Your employees are the face of your business, and if they're not well taken care of, it shows.

I almost wanted to stay to look around!
Great displays, great products, well laid out (I'm a retail executive), kudos here for a great plan and thoughtful execution.
Service good, we don't come by often, but we will remember and stop by this place!
