    I was ecstatically overjoyed to have Penn Station in Monroe Ohio. I went today to order my Philly Cheesesteak and found out they got rid of green peppers! You can’t make a philly without green peppers. Just isn’t the same. Now I have to keep driving to Hamilton to get my Penn Station ????. So disappointed.

    The manager running the line today was amazing though. He was like the nice Gordon Ramsey they way he was keeping people talking and keeping the food going down the line.

    Great service and inviting atmosphere. A little crowded in dining area though. Overall great experience and great food.

    Today was their grand opening and my first trip to Penn station. Excellent customer service and food. I got a ham and swiss with spicy mustard and didnt like the mustard so i only took a couple bites. Through the chaos of opening the manager found time to come around and see how everything was he noticed that I hadnt eaten my sandwhich and asked if everything was ok. I explained that I didnt like the mustard and he offered to remake it free of charge. Best service ive had by far anywhere. Great job and good luck
