“I placed my order online for pickup. Very easy to navigate the website, user friendly. It gives you the option to also include a tip, I customized my tip.The food was great, I had the Three Cheese Burger, deep fried pickles and loaded curly fries with 4 2oz ranch dressings. When I went in to pick up my food they brought it out to me. The Lady that brought it out was confused about the ranch dressings. She gave me 2 2oz and 2 4oz ranch dressings. The Lady that checked me out didn’t charge me enough by 59 cents. They went back and forth for a while about it. I was getting a little upset and I told the women the amount of the tip I left. I finally paid what I owed, I was very close to asking if I could adjust the tip I left, I gave too much for them to banter back and forth about 59 cents. I realize this is a petty complaint, but it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth being my first time eating there. The food was great though, I have no complaints. I give the food 5 stars, but the service only 3 stars.”

“We were seated in the most comfortable booth ever, could have taken a nap on the bench. Very relaxed atmosphere beautifully done. The food was delicious and definitely enough for 2 meals. “I was nervous when I walked up and saw duct tape on the outside handle of the entry door. The service and the food was exceptional. I got the same thing I get from Applebee’s in northern Ohio and it had much more seasoning and taste. Our waiter was pleasant and on top of everything. Had to give the four stars instead of five for the duct tape.”

“I eat here quite frequently. It's a pretty decent Taco Bell with a really enthusiastic staff. I'm taking off a star, though, because of my specific online ordering experience today. I ordered around 2:00 and order to be ready at 5:15, but they just started making it when I walked in at 5:18, so I didn't walk out with it until 5:31, one minute after the event I was taking it to had started, so I was late. The plus is they notated our special-order items well and packaged it up nicely! Just a little frustrated that they made me late.”
