“Best restaurant in Barlow! I had been pretty down on the local restaurant scene ever since the Wolf Creek Grill closed down a couple years ago, but the Silver Moon Diner delivered. I had Bill's favorite, the steak salad, with ranch dressing, which is made fresh daily. I must say Bill has excellent tastes. The chef prepared a generous helping of lettuce topped with tender, juicy steak, perfectly cooked French fries, a plethora of tomatoes, and croutons. The mixture of flavors and textures and the contrast between the hot steak and the cold lettuce produced a delicious dinner. The portion size is also great, and you will go away full. The decor is another delight. The restaurant is decorated in a retro theme, which immediately took me back to 10 years ago when I last visited this restaurant and it was decorated the exact same. Overall a superior dining experience.”

“Second time ever eating here. I wasn’t impressed the first time but thought I would try it again. I ordered the special which was brisket, roasted potatoes and cabbage. The cabbage was perfect but the brisket was dry and the potatoes where not done, they flew off the plate as I was trying to cut them. I did order the peanut butter pie and it was absolutely delicious. The other party that was with me ordered eggs over medium, they were so over cooked there was a brown crust around them. They were sent back, the second set was better but took so long to get she had eaten everything else. They say the third time is the charm.. will we give it one more try and hope it is better! I only gave 3 stars because the staff is very friendly and professional.”
