(May 15, 2019, 10:52 am)Great small buffet, all the dishes I tried tasted great! Wish the hot & sour soup was better and they had a few options on the buffet with shrimp. Don't really enjoy eating off of styrofoam would prefer paper or real plates and silverware.

(March 20, 2019, 12:45 pm)Best Chinese restaurant in Wayne County. Small but efficient with a classic lunch buffet. Their General Tso's chicken is tangy and sweet. It's a little tight in there during Sunday lunches but worth it.

(February 10, 2019, 2:07 pm)Ming Hing has the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. A bold statement, but I have lived on both sides of the country and had Chinese food from a lot of different areas. I have introduced a lot of people to Ming Hing and have yet to hear disappointment from anyone. My only complaint, is I wish there was a delivery service for Ming Hing. I also recommend their lunch buffet as well. Amazing!
