It's always worth waiting a little bit in line for the service they provide I go there quite often the drive-thru Window the people are delightful my drinks are always spot-on!

Service is great. Parking lot is an issue getting out of. Someone left the dumpster in the way and blocked traffic. Took 20 minutes to leave the parking lot

Friendly, caring, and helpful baristas! Wooster Starbucks is the best! This is a very busy store at rush so sometimes there is a wait, but the drinks are excellent and always worth it-- I love their cold brew! Take time to ask the baristas questions about their favorite drinks and get to know them, they are really thoughtful and unique. If you're heading in the store, make sure to wear a mask.

I wish they would t run out of sandwiches so quickly. Otherwise, great drinks, great service. I've yet to have my order screwed up at a Starbucks.

I've had good experiences and meh experiences at this one, which happens in a very high-traffic Starbucks: sometimes they have the time to engage with you as a customer, other times you have fifty drinks to make and have to focus on getting as many made as fast as possible.

The parking situation here is miserable however - very tight with little room to maneuver.
