(December 10, 2021, 5:45 am)I had a very good experience.. blah on the nay sayers.. I rarely have a 5 star review under my belt. I'd like to challenge any of the 1 star reviews for cleanliness or bad service to go to any other franchise sit down and tell me their practices. I saw seats menus and tables being throughly cleaned after each use. I did see confusion but for a new staff give me a break. Good Job nb ihop.!
