Taco Bell

This location was new to the area and it was neat, clean and tasty. I like the fact that reclaimed wood was used on the counters and table tops. Handicap accessible parking and seating were clearly labeled. High chairs for kids and outdoor seating makes this a family friendly place. Landscapers were busy in the rain reseeding the grounds to make this locations completely different than the one on Wooster. Speaking of family friendly, most of the patrons were children with a parent. Plenty of parking and easy access to walmart and the gas station.

Well, this was the new location in Bowling Green... They served fresh, hot food efficiently... But, they gave me the wrong food (it was a misread of my order) and I got a chunk of bone in my taco (kind of hard on teeth).... Makes me wonder where taco Bell gets their meat and how it is processed?

Food usually warm/hot. However, I found a hair in my nachos. I told this online and no one reached out to apologize or make things better. Also: I think it's very crooked/dishonest that IF YOU DONT GIVE them 5 stars on the survey, it is tossed out and you are NOT ENTERED in their sweepstakes (on back of receipt). 2 different employees have told me this to be true. My recommendation: dont do the survey. It's a waste of time and effort. The Wooster street location has never failed me. This one, however.... somewhat disappointed since I was SO EXCITED when they were opening this one up. Bummer.

I'm not a HUGE fan of Mexican; that said, the food is fast-food-good(not steak house level or anything.) That said, 4/5 for SPEED, not a good judge of the flavor because its Mexican, and PRICE was fair, even for large groups.
@Tacobell: keep up the good work!

Much cleaner and nicer than other BG Taco Bell. Cashier was not the friendliest but order came quickly despite our large group.
