Pizza Hut

Pizza is always good! I arrived early and told the bearded man that I was early and not rush it. He was cool. The woman that took over was a real case! When came on she asked if I had been helped. I said yes, I was early, my name was##$$$. In the next 12 minutes she asked me or grossly butchered my name 4 TIMES!!! The last time I "Good God woman, my name is ###$$$ for the 4,the time!!!!!! When the gal in the back called my name and handed me the pizza, the strange one asked me my name again!!! Good Lord!! This woman either needs a vodka or a pill but she isn't fit to work here! It wasn't even busy.

Upon entering restaurant was asked if I had a pick up order or would like to place an order? I explained that I wanted to dine in for the buffet. The waitress appeared shocked. I used the restroom and sat myself, then to Buffet. Upon sitting to begin eating I had no silverware or drink. I had to ask for salad, which is included in the buffet. As I sat and ate I watched the waitress greet other guest entering asking if having Buffet and what would like to drink; walking them to their table and asking if want salad, explaining no shredded cheese on it-I was not told that information. Buffet replenishment was slow... Despite the fact that I was treated differently, in comparison to other customers, I remained respectful and left a tip. Not sure if I will return, due to feeling as if my business wasn't welcomed...

I have been coming here for years and still love the place! The buffet is amazing, there aren't that many around anymore. So I like coming in and enjoying when I can! Great service and they feel like family!

Really enjoy the food! People are friendly and whenever I dine in it is always fast! Drivers are great they get my food on time and still is hot when it gets here !

We frequent this Pizza Hut often. We always seem to get the same waitress, and she does a pretty good job, considering that she is often the only waitress working.

I miss the Pizza Hut's of my childhood, those that were warm, inviting, and had jukeboxes! I know they recently remodeled this particular Pizza Hut, and it looks nice. But it's always cold in the dining room, and there is never any music playing.

My recommendation would be to bring back the jukebox feel of the Pizza Huts from the eighties. Turn up the heat in the dining room, maybe throw up some curtains and dim the lights a little. And please get your employees some help. They do a great job, but they are struggling.
