Zingo's Mediterranean

Wow this place was awesome. My family and I spent a day at the Toledo Zoo. We got hungry afterwards and Zingo's happened to be close by. We were so happy we chose to stop by. The food was great and the service was superb.

This is a wonderful lunch spot! Their food is fresh and healthy! They also have a kids menu available. They do have smoothies and coffee as well as gluten-free desserts and regular desserts. we got to sit out on the patio today because of the nice weather and the staff will always bring your food right out to you as soon as it's ready. It is a little pricey but you get a high-quality product so it's a nice splurge every now and again!

The original gyro was very delicious. The staff was also very helpful and friendly throughout the visit.

Update: ordered carry-out recently with mixed outcomes. A few of the items didn't hold together well. The Zingo Style pita bread was really just in pieces. I've never had that problem while eating in the restaurant though. The meat and onions were delicious! I will try to order carry-out again sometime soon and hope they turn out just a little better.

I had the original gyro and the sampler. The sampler was shared at the table and was well liked. The gyro was the best one I've had. We went at 2pm on a Saturday. The wait time was about 20 minutes from order to food arrival at the table. It's a casual atmosphere. The floors were kinda dirty and the bathroom needed a quick look over but nothing too bad...it looked like we arrived just after their busiest time. The workers were actively cleaning as we were departing.

One of my favorite restaurants period. Exclamation point! Food rules. Always clean and good service 5/5
