Sonic Drive-In

Sonic is always great but a little known fact about them is that they sell the ice they use in their soft drinks. It's the only ice we use at home and it comes in a big bag for around $2, so it lasts a long time too.

It's also great for blending at home, we dont have the greatest blender but using Sonic's ice makes it super easy to whip up smoothies or frozen cocktails!

Shakes have changed in some way...can hardly taste the peanut butter in the peanut butter shake, paid .50 twice for extra fudge and couldn't taste that until I got a chunk of burnt fudge! The consistency is airy now and not thick. We have been there 4 times since summer and extremely disappointed each time with the shakes. Food quality is ok, customer service could be better. When asked the price of each item I ordered, the cashier couldn't tell me and had to get a manager...

Fast, friendly, and good food. The facilities could use a little attention. There was a picnic table out front that was more like a seesaw and the restrooms were pretty worn.

Really great food so far! love their onion rings and corn dogs & icecream. So much selection! I look forward to trying new things.

It's tough to give a fair food place 5 stars. If it weren't for that, they'd have them. Sometimes it takes longer to get food here than it does at the king of fast food, but I highly suspect that everything here is cooked to order, so I'm glad to wait 3 extra minutes. Plus, lately the top fast food place makes me "pull to the next window" for even the simple orders. How is that fast? Give me a slightly longer wait for guaranteed fresh food, please.
