Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant

The food was great and the staff was wonderful! We had a large group and the staff handled it quite well.

Awesome food- they give you lots of it too, even with me & my wife eating a lunch plate together we still have enough the next day to feed us and our daughter. Great wrokers too, nice and quick, only downside is it can get pretty crowded since it is a little small.

Wow. Jalapeno's was an extraordinary eating experience. We arrived from out of town, not knowing what to expect. The flavor of the complimentary salsas were far above most Mexican restaurants that I have experienced. The salsa was SO tasty. They have many, many varieties of fajitas, which I would recommend. We went with Georges (steak, chicken, chorizo, jalapeno). The entree did take awhile (25 minutes), which tasted completely fresh. The double order was twice as much as we needed. The flavors were incredible. If you are ever in Durant, please visit this spot for excellent Mexican cuisine!!!

My husband and I love this place! Great service, and great food. My only issue was when one of the waitresses started winking and biting her lip toward my husband. Not very appropriate.
Aside from that, the building may be small, but you won’t find better Mexican food in Durant!
