    Got waited on very quickly, friendly employee. I would recommend this location.

    I just went here with my out of town guest to get a milk shake twice in the last week. The shakes were great, the second time my friend wanted a double chocolate shake. The server was hassled by the manager Jacob, as to why the Hershey syrup was going into a shake?! The server had to explain, and then was told to clean up any mess. Both times we have been to the El Reno location, we have noticed this acting manager yelling at his staff, barking and marching around like a dictator. His staff obviously knows what they are doing! He (Jacob); however, needs some hardcore managatorial training! Or be let go!
    Going into an ice cream store/shop should be a fun experience, not to watch his drama unfold!
    Prices have gone up a dollar since this winter...straight across the board.
