Always encouraging, wonderful service! Melissa always has a smile on her face. Very professional- she answers any questions I have about their products and listens to me to know what to recommend. I have never been disappointed in anything she has recommended! The shakes are delicious and the teas give me the energy I need to make it through the work week. I tried her hot coffee and have to admit….I’m addicted! We are so blessed to have her and her business in Piedmont!

Absolutely love their shakes and teas! I have always received excellent customer service. Even if I am running late she will prepare in advance so I can just run in and pay! She also goes above and beyond for the community! Can't say enough great things about this fabulous community business!

Been going here for over 3 years now! It’s my “home,” away from home. Melissa takes such good care of me and my 3 boys. We are an “herba” family! You know it’s good when your 2 year old picks a shake over a donut! Best place in Piedmont!

Blast welcomed me with open arms after moving to Piedmont! I felt like family after attending fit camps and all products were explained to me. My son and I have been going there ever since and love the shakes and teas! Melissa is amazing! If you haven’t been to Blast Nutrition you are truly missing out! Go see Melissa and get a Cran-apple tea with a coffeeholic, monster cookie or peanut butter pie shake... just some of my favorites but everything is so good and healthy!!
