Chili's

So, we have done Chili’s to go a few times and we typically buy 24oz of ranch for the week and we have been screwed so many times on how much we get. When we sit in the restaurant and eat and order Ranch it is always correct!! Smh.... Depending on who you talk to they just don’t care. Whoever, works the bar some guy when we go to pick-up the food has attitude and never offers a receipt.

It was nice to be able to call in advance and be able to give them a heads up to our large group coming in for a meal. We had 12 people and it was great to not have to wait for extended time waiting for table to be placed together. The service was good and timely, the food was great and cooked how we wanted.

Server was great, very accommodating and friendly. Manager was great and very helpful with gift card processing. Kitchen was slow getting out entrees and forgot s side item. That was the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars.

We came here over a weekend and had a great time with great food and friends. The waitress was nice and attentive but not intrusive. She also made sure our drinks were full, and was very helpful with our alcoholic beverages. Everyone enjoyed the food and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

My family and I went in for dinner. I was informed (on the internet, my first mistake) that Chili's was whole30 friendly. There wasn't anything specific to order but when I brought up the complex demands of what the diet entails the waitress went out of her way to make it happen. Thank you to her (wish I could remember her name) and the cooks that went out of their way to help a guy out. Very grateful!
