Very impressed first time there. I'll be back very clean organized helpful staff to help me find what I wanted to take home for meals to heat up.

Loved this place. Amazing prepped meals! Fantastic selection! You can tell they care about the food they are putting out! Stopped in while driving thru OKC. I called ahead and my order was ready for me to pick up. Great customer service! Owner was very friendly and invested in his shop.
We got a fruit cup, blueberry parfait, SW chicken salad, jambalaya and jerk chicken.
There were microwaves available for use as well as ample seating. I warmed up our entrees before we hit the road.
Had the salad first, it was perfect for on the go and we were driving. Fresh, crispy lettuces, corn off the cob, blackbeans and a sw ranch that just made the salad. We scarfed it down.
My hubby had the jambalaya, a generous amount of shrimp, Turkey sausage and rice was good but he would have like more. It is a smaller portion than what I serve at home. Not a bad thing. He loved it though! I dont make it at home so it was a great choice for him.
I had the Jerk chicken, I picked it bc of the coconut rice. It was delicious, just wanted more to go with the chicken. I also loved the pineapple salsa on top, it really made the meal great. Also, would have like a bit more of it too. I like it with each bite!
Fruit cup was large and generous with the variety of fruit. Grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple.
Blueberry parfait was great too, loved the set up of the dish, great presentation! I ran out of yogurt to go with the decadent blueberry compote. It was the best parfait I've ever had! Just perfection!
We will definitely be back through!! It was such an easy stop!

Best place to buy prepped food. Healthy food, wide variety, and reasonable price. We enjoy the pineapple yogurt parfait and chocolate power balls. Delicious!

This place is awesome! Staff and owner are super friendly, place is well ran, and clean. The food is high quality and at a reasonable price. I don't know how you can say the food is bland because you can season it yourself with salt and pepper if needed (I don't). I would recommend this place to anyone, plus it's healthy!
