Mazzio's

Ordered triple play 2 salads and 2 drinks. (Over 39 dollars)Lengthy wait for our food. First came the pizza which was good then was told our calzone and cheese dippers would be out shortly..then came our calzone and that was it. Only 2 other customers inside waiting on their to go orders as well so we continued to eat and wait for the cheese dippers. Still nothing so I go ask for to go containers and said we never got the cheese dippers can you just box them up and she said oh yeah then proceeded to tell the one in the back to get them and box them up and so again we waited about another 5 mins or more before we received them so we could leave. No apologies or anything. Good thing we don't go there that often. Pretty sure we weren't the only dissatisfied customers tonite. I could understand if they were busy but they simply weren't. Most places come check on you but no one here even did. They never brought us plates or even serving utensils but not really a big deal as we can get the plates ourselves. I'm not gonna give a bad star rating hoping it was just an off night. The other times we have been there has never been bad like this so hopefully changes can be made. Willing to give it another try in the future

Sadly, my experience here wasn't quite what I was expecting. I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone, and the lady was kind enough to inform me that the wait would be about 25 minutes before I placed my order. I told her that was fine, completed the order, then waited exactly 25 minutes before beginning the 3 minute drive to the place. I got there, paid for the order, got my receipt, and the lady informed me it would be another 5-7 minutes before it was ready. The entire place was empty, it was 5 pm, and there were at least 3 or 4 people working there. I waited a total of 45 minutes before the order was ready, which wasn't that big of a deal, but then the manager comes over and asks a worker (not me, I was standing right there) if I have paid yet. The worker says yes, I offer to show my receipt, and the manager straight up ignores both of us and checks the register. I thought that was very rude. All of the workers seemed nice though, and the pizza is delicious.

The place was super clean and the salad bar rocked. Our waitress gave great customer service and the store owner was telling us about the “Ken’s” style vs the “Mazzio’s” style of pizza. We gave the Ken’s a shot and the sauce had a “zip” I wasn’t expecting. It was delicious. Definitely coming back. Great experience.
