I think this is the best coffee I have ever had. I got a cold brew with oat milk and caramel. Usually this order isn’t ever bad but this coffee upon first drink was noticeably better than any other coffee place I’ve been to. Way better than Starbucks. I wish I lived in the area to visit more frequently but please check them out the only thing better than their mission is their coffee!

Perfect place to sit and enjoy coffee and a treat. Can’t find waffles like this anywhere else in the city- it’s a little taste of Belgium in Yukon! Plenty of topping options and other items on the menu that are savory if you’re not craving something sweet. The coffee house has a quaint atmosphere and it’d be easy to get work done here. There is patio seating available and I felt very safe sitting out there enjoying my food. Knowing that I’m supporting Red Bird’s mission and their commitment to giving back to the community by eating their yummy food makes the experience all the better. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back!

I just LOVE the Red Bird Coffee House, and I'm not a coffee drinker! But, I love Breakfast and the Red Bird serves the BEST Biscuits and Gravy! That Biscuit is HUGE and there's plenty of Sausage Gravy to cover it. I always order a side of scrambled eggs placed on top of the Biscuits and then the Gravy on top of the eggs! Oh yeah, that's the way to order it! Not only is the food great, but the staff are all very friendly and consistently provide excellent customer service! You've gotta try the Red Bird if you haven't already, and when you do, ask for Papa Breakfast Special! :)

I don’t normally leave reviews, but i feel the need to to help a local business out. I read some of the bad reviews, and i think that these folks are just not accustomed to craft coffee places. Granted, i would not be able to afford this every day. However, it’s a lovely “take a Saturday drive with the dogs to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and breakfast” treat. We ordered an iced caramel macchiato. There was a little unmixed syrup at the bottom. But a little swirl of the cup and it was delicious. Had a black coffee for the other half, delicious. Also ordered the breakfast sammie and the sunrise. Omg! Talk about a good AF biscuit. Wow. Lol and the eggs were fluffy and perfect. The coffee house was pristine clean and the decor (weirdly matches our house, down to the globe light fixtures) was beautiful and minimalistic. We support our local businesses and appreciate what you’re doing. Also, all the employees had their masks on. The right way!! “Mask up OKC” lol
Thank you for your great service and our excellent experience. We will be back!

Woah. Talk about atmosphere.... For a moment I thought to myself “I’ve reached Nirvana”, as I took my first bite into a Curly Sue. After my soul returned back to Earth, I sipped my drink. The coffee tasted as if it had been crafted from Golden Nectar by the caffeine fairies of the Eastern Forrest. My time was made memorable by Mr. Gregory. The conversation was made magical by his poise and well-mannered control. The immense eye contact was the best I’ve ever beheld in my years. The front porch holds a view of Yukon I had never noticed before today. My eyes were opened to the new grand scene Yukon as a whole would be if only they had the dreams and goals this young woman, Rachel, has captured. I come to you as a witness that The Red Bird Coffee House, is not just a cafe, but it’s an experience to be had.
