    Even though the staff was short handed at that time, Our hostess was efficient and kind. She even took the time to help us understand how to use the kiosk at our table.

    Same as always. Good service, clean, nice staff, consistent tastes. Our waitress did mess up our kid's meal order and it took a little longer to get our food. They were really busy and she was apologetic & kept us informed. So we did not mind.

    Pleasantly surprised at the great improvement in food quality (SIGNIFICANTLY less salty than our prior 2 experiences that drove us away from Chili's about 2 years ago) and excellent service by the wait staff. Our server not only took our orders AND delivered our food and drinks (and quietly refilled them when needed), but set a great example of what Chili's - and all restaurant - service should be! The option qas no where near the top choice while traveling on Easter Sunday, but our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful experience in Ardmore, OK! Keep up the good stuff!
