Fresh food with lots of choices. The cashew chicken is a must. The most flavor of any Chinese buffet I've ever had.

Normally, I really like this place because, although it is a smaller buffet, they have 2 things that New China Super Buffet doesn't have, Sesame Ball and Lemon Chicken. It was therefore disappointing when their buffet was sub-par. Most of the food seemed old and stale. The fried potatoes, normally a favorite at other buffets, were small and dried out. Not the thick moist & tender slices with crisp chopped onion and carrots. There was no Beef and Broccoli, normally a staple at other buffets. And the lemon sauce was bland. It wasn't zesty (a combination of the tart lemon and the sweetness normally found in their lemon sauce). And the Sesame Balls normally filled with a little bit of sweet brown bean curd were completely stuffed with a lot of sweet white bean curd, making the texture different and the sesame shell to bean curd ratio different. I'm not going to say it was bad because it still tasted good, just not what I was expecting. I think I prefer the old recipe better but could get used to the new recipe if there was less bean curd filling. But that is just my opinion for what it is worth.
