    An absolute gem in Tahlequah, OK.
    Monday Special: Portobella Mushroom Burger
    Daniel is always eager to adapt his menu to suit my uniquely challenging diet. No beef? No problem. He'll just grill that Portobella up with BiBimBop instead, and your tummy will smile.

    Great portobello mushroom burgers from local raised meat. Love the Riverhawk too. Great service. Knowledgeable staff on supplements.

    Best local health food store I have been to! Daniel was a huge help and very knowledgeable. Good prices. Good selection. Neat little cafe inside! Definitely will be going back!

    We stop at Oasis every time we come to town. Delicious, high-quality food. We especially loved the curry today, and the Sasquatch sandwich is a go--o favorite. The staff is friendly, and we love the healthy options. Thanks for being a nourishing Oasis!
