Applebee's Grill + Bar

It seems like every time I go to Applebee's I'm always asking myself...Why? Why do you keep going back? I think it's the spinach dip. Maybe I'd I went and just took my time and ordered appetizers it wouldn't be do bad. But if you're with a group of 5-6 people it's a given that only 1-2: of those are going to get their meal serves HOT. It's like playing the hot-plate lottery. Mixed vegetables SUCK if they're server at room temperature. The same goes for any kind of potato. You gotta server it up HOT. And the entree? Maybe, if I'm feeling luckI'll try one more time.

Ordered the loaded steak fajitas. It was awesome! It was enough for two. My husband and I shared an order and definitely got full. We tried the frozen lemonade which was really good.

The food and service was very good. We got the 2 for $20 special and were very satisfied. It did take over 30 minutes to get our food on a Thursday night. I could do without all the sports TVs. We were there for family dinner but had to listen to loud televisions!

Applebee's is a great restaurant, the staff are almost always amazing and super friendly. My dinner companion and I had the loaded fajitas, which were pretty great. They were supposed to be covered in white queso, mine had just a bit on the middle, but my companions was pretty covered, so they had probably just run low/out with mine. It was still pretty amazing, the meat was super tender, and over all great food. Our server Janet was also amazing, very watchful of our needs, and knowledgeable about the food. I will also say that if you like lime juice on your fajitas definitely ask for additional wedges, as you only get the one.
