Arby's

I visited this Arby's location a couple of days ago and had such a great experience. I was previously upset about an incident that happened at a different location in OKC but the wonderful customer service that I received from Merlene and her team here in Norman has restored my faith in one of my favorite restaurants. The food was delicious as always and she got it out to me in record time! I want to thank the entire Norman Arby's team for showing me that they truly mean it when they say "We'll make it right." I'll be back for another French Dip soon!!

Excellent food and service. Make sure to request your order be made fresh as sometimes they sand bag sandwiches

Hallelujah! Market Fresh Chicken Salad is back! It's always my favorite, and I just did an internal happy dance when I saw it on the menu! Arby's, you lose my business for several months out of the year because you don't keep it on your menu year-round any more! The young woman who served me (drive-thru), was just the sweetest thing. I'm so happy they've moved to a better location! Keep up the good work, and watch those menu selections!

The service is cheerful and fairly efficient. I'm giving this restaurant for stars because it is my neighborhood Arby's and they have Coke Zero and some of my favorite sandwiches ever. Today we tried the brisket Hawaiian luau sandwich and it's okay but I vastly prefer the luau chicken on King's Hawaiian bread.
It's time for the curly fries to go. They are not special anymore. How about some Homestyle fries? Arby's is a great restaurant.

Its fast food. Did have to go inside because they didnt hear us correctly. But, they were perky and ready to get you your stuff.
