It was a great meal with excellent service

Great Food and service, price is right

I loved carols kitchen and came here often. I went there this morning and was so disappointed. I called ahead a breakfast order of two pancakes with bacon. I got there about 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I pull back around and another employee comes to the window and asks how he can help me. I explained what happened, as the previous employee swiped my card and told me to come back around. He said “okay” and closed the window. I wait another 10 minutes before I finally call the restaurant asking for my money back as I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for pancakes at this point. Finally, while I’m on the phone with them, a young lady, comes to the window and gets me my food. All is well until I realize, it is cold. The poor service will be the downfall of an otherwise very good diner. The only one to apologize for the inconvenience was the young lady who gave me my food.

Had lunch there for the first time yesterday and it was okay. The service was not the best or the fastest. We ordered hamburgers, my friend ordered the chili burger and ended up taking a lot of it home and I had the regular hamburger. It was okay, nothing special. The prices are fair. The whole experience was just okay.
