Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler Express

We stop here for breakfast occasionally. The biscuit sandwiches are delicious and the breakfast potatoes are super tasty. My only complaint is that they don't give you enough ketchup.

There food was great, I but I didn't like the onion rings. Not complaining, just wasn't my taste. Everything else was amazing though ????

It was good. I liked the style of the burger and fries. Only thing I can say that I didn't like was their soda machine. Every soda I got tasted weird and the bottom tray of the machine was filled with ice.

I've always loved Johnnie's but lately it seems like they're trying to one-up Carl's Jr on the messiness scale. Normally I'm more likely to complain if a burger joint skimps on toppings, especially condiments. However when you order a kid's 1/8 pound burger and it requires 7 napkins to get the mayonnaise & ketchup off the car's tray back, well let's just say that's overkill to the Nth degree. Great burgers, love the charcoal crispiness of the meat, but eating one shouldn't require a lobster bib. Taking a star off for the virtual impossibility of having kids eat them without extreme supervision.

The food was good. Expensive, but very tasty. The kid behind the counter (I don't know if he was in training or the manager's son or what) was openly rude and condescending to me and my friends. His bad behavior left a LOT to be desired. The other workers were very sweet, hopefully they'll rub off on him. My opinion of the overall restaurant is good, but that single encounter was not a fun one at all.
