The Mont

Moved back to Norman from Dallas/Fort Worth after 13 years since we were last here and nothing has changed. Super cool place to share with your kids and rediscover your history if you went to school here or lived here. It gets very busy but the food is great, prices are really good, and if you love to eat outside even in the summer its awesome with the spray misters and fans. This is a classic Norman establishment and if you want the local feel and university feel, you need to check out the Mont. Love the blue plate special with chicken fried steak and the Norman Swirl.

We sat out on the patio, and I felt so at ease. The sounds of traffic were not a problem at all. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The food was average but priced reasonably. My strawberry margarita was fantastic, but my husband's tequila sunrise was obviously made with well tequila and mostly tasted like tequila. All in all it was a very enjoyable evening and we will be back.

For a quick drink it was fantastic. Didnt eat or stay long so cant say more than that, however the outside atmosphere at least looked super cool. I wish we had more time to hang there!

It's not as expensive as I've been led to believe over the years. Great food, good drinks. Definitely stop by if you haven't been.

Really nice atmosphere, especially outside! Drinks are good, food is great! I recommend getting a Lava Lamp with a Shiner Bock! The plant and decor outside is also nice, with propane flames to help keep it warm on chillier nights! Would recommend
