“This place had fast and friendly service and delicious food. I bought a loaf of sourdough and it's some of the best I've ever had. I also got their Lost Toast, which was both kind of spicy and sweet at once. Their hash browns are also kind of spicy, enough for them to have a nice kick but not be overwhelming. “We had the most romantic 5 star meal New Years Eve. We made reservations. I will probably do it again this New Year's Eve. They had both big groups and couples of 2. They all worked together when asked which 1 our waiter she responded, we all are- so that being said, we wanted for nothing, each course came after the next in perfect timing along with drinks. It was a 4 course meal with choice of 2 of we each had 1 of everything and tasted all the well prepared meals. New Year's Eve happens to be my wedding anniversary and this meal didn't disappoint. It was expensive but the kind you don't mind paying because the quality and service was worth it.”

“Great place! The food is not heavily breaded, can taste the food rather than all the breading. Catfish, grilled/fried shrimp such great flavor. Green beans, hush puppies, red beans & rice have a little kick, with good flavor. Portions are huge. One thing we didn’t like is ALL the breading on the crab cakes..seems to have been over powering. “Excellent service. Well cooked food. There were no customers when we arrived, so I was worried. The employee was professional and personable. Our food was cooked better than at other Carl's Jr. Zucchini was crisp and hot, not greasy. Chicken was still juicy, but not undercooked. Angus burger cooked the way I like it. “Beautiful spring evening on the patio with family and pooches. Had the spicey chicken nachos to start, and the Southern Fish and Grits as an entree. Service provided by Jade was spot on (she even had a Tito’s dog bowl for puppy hydration). The prices were very reasonable, portion size perfect and service friendly and attentive. Another wonderful experience at a Hal Smith Restaurant. (Dog friendly just made the occasion special.)”

“The wings here are Amazing. Crispy. Juicy. Full of delicious flavor. Seriously! I had the Spicy Teriyaki and they were yummy. The wings themselves are pretty large, too! I also had their Hot Pot Potato Soup....it was okay, but the potatoes didn't have much flavor (I feel like the broth was cooked separately from the meat and potatoes and was added at the last minute.) The broth itself is yummy.”

“Not very busy at 2 o'clock on thursday. Price wise, a bit more than I expected. But, the pizza is worth it. They will bring you, your pizza when ready. You can see the people making the pizza. The cheese does slide off easily when its fresh out the oven. But, it's so yummy and gooey. It's nice homemade delicious greasy pizza. Lovely environment. Decent little bar. Plenty of TVs and nice restaurant view. 10/10 will eat again.”
