    It was soooo good. I had a half rack of ribs. It was delicious! And I had three sides. Also very good. A dessert in a mason jar! Haha! How cool is that? I ate with many friends and we enjoyed the food, the quiet atmosphere and certainly each other's company. Nice. Very nice.

    Billy Sims in Elgin is awesome.
    The staff is always helpful and friendly.
    The food is great. We usually get the chopped brisket but we've found the bests ribs around.

    It seems the quality has went down recently. Still, the food is good for the price you pay, but it no longer seems excellent. I would love to see it get back to its original glory.
