My visit at Whataburger in Lawton OK on Cash St. 9-1-19 was great, staff was very friendly. My $60.31 to go order was nice and hot with freshly cooked FF's. Order was all correct. No complaints from all my family. Each time I have been to this same Whataburger in the passed service and food always satisfactory.

Other than getting away from the drive-thru without napkins, I have no complaints! The lady taking our order and primarily the one that handed us our food was very polite and kind, which I can always appreciate. Then, as far as the food, the fries were hot, our order was correct and that strawberry shake was to die for so this trip was by far the best experience with this location, in my opinion. The service and food is typically good but this trip was superior to the average visit.

They were busy at the time i came in. Thought it would have taken a bit. Nope, by the time i got my soda they had my food ready.

Pretty good. However, this was on Friday, don't know if this will change on a normal day.

People sometimes complain about how long Whataburger takes to get your food out. Today I witnessed a simple but awesome thing today. The one on Cache by Sheridan Rd had quite a few recent grads, and they were there with their families. This Whataburger gave these new soldiers plastic aprons. That might not seem to be a big deal to those that don't know, but those plastic aprons protected their white shirts so that they can remain sharp looking. Thank you Whataburger for doing that small act of kindness.
