Honey Creek BBQ

The service was fantastic and we got caught in the after church crowd. I'd recommend it to everyone who happens to be in Grove. They do need better signage. My son and I just happened upon it. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

After eating here a few times, I am dropping a star. The portion sizes seem a bit small, and sometimes large, not consistent. The brisket isn't very good, breaks and won't pass bend test, very dry. They do have good sauces to make up for it, but I prefer a nice juicy brisket. Avoid the brisket, the links are amazing.
This place has really great BBQ, and an amazing atmosphere. Grove needed a new BBQ place, this one is on the HILLTOP headed out of town after Honey Creek Bridge, hard to notice from the street. Entrance is in the back. Everything we received was excellent, fast and fresh. The Bloomin' Bologna appetizer was really cool, just saw off a bologna log and try one of their many BBQ sauces. Nice portion sizes, and fair pricing. Looking forward to coming here a lot. Service was lacking a bit, but understandable for being their first week, not a major complaint.

Good BBQ and good service. We enjoyed our meals both times we have eaten there. Atmosphere on the inside is fine....what you might expect for a BBQ restaurant. The outside is a little shaky though. There seem to be some rough looking people hanging around outside the restaurant. Location could improve if a move is possible sometime in the future.

We went for my husband's birthday. It was terrific. A bit slow but the food was fantastic!

Great food, have eaten almost everything on the menu. Good family place and even birthdays. ????????
