    Not fast food, good food fast!! The best restaurant in Enid. Love the chicken sandwich and fish fry. Also don't forget the 50/50 and chocolate shakes.

    I have eaten at the downtown location many times. And have never had a bad experience until today. The manager is rude for no apparent reason. My daughter ordered a chicken dinner with side salad. I ordered a. Reuben with fried okra. Manager brought the order. I told her my daughter was missing her side salad. Her reply was I didn't take the order. I have been around this manager before but only in another business. And she acts this way all the time. Customer service and being a manager to staff does not mean you can be rude. It's not how to run a business. My food was good as was my daughter. But the 1 rude comment ruined the atmosphere immediately. At checkout I tried to be polite to the ladies and let them know their manager is not doing her job correctly and thanked them for their efforts. So someone please let Rhonda know her attitude needs some changes.
